Aurora seeks passionate caregivers to support adults with cognitive and mental health disabilities in residential homes. Pay starts at $19/hr with a $1.50/hr weekend differential and flexible hours. Paid training is provided, no experience is necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Acceptable background check required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record for transport.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with caregiver tasks.
• Basic reading, writing, and internet navigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with self-care activities (dressing, bathing),
• Medication administration
• Meal planning and preparation
• Transportation of consumers
• Support with community/social integration
• Follow individual service plans
