All Ways Caring HomeCare is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home settings. You will support personal care, daily living activities, and transportation to appointments.

The role emphasizes building positive relationships, following individualized plans, and accurate documentation. A DSP certification or equivalent experience is required; 18+ and a valid driver’s license with insurance are

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old or older.
• Pass a background check is required.
• Driver's license with valid auto insurance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Direct Support Professional (DSP) certification; or equivalent experience with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care in clients' homes and support daily living activities.
• Perform personal care tasks including hygiene, grooming, feeding, and ambulation; monitor health.
• Foster positive relationships between individuals served and their circle of support.
• Follow Individual Service Plans and Behavior Support Plans.
• Manage behaviors by prevention or de-escalation of aggression.
• Maintain accurate daily documentation of activities, medications, and data tracking.
• Transport clients to activities and medical appointments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
