Job summary

First Resources Corp. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist individuals with disabilities in daily living, community participation, and pursuing personal goals within our Albia Hourly Services program.

You will provide compassionate support, transport to appointments, and help clients follow Person Centered Service Plans, reporting progress to supervisors and team members. We offer flexible part-time hours, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for training and career

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and fill in as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living tasks such as hygiene, cooking, cleaning, and errands.
• Support clients in achieving personal goals and participating in community activities.
• Provide transportation to appointments and events.
• Follow and document progress on Person Centered Service Plans (PCSPs).
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members.
