Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and auto insurance.

• Ability to assist with client transfers and daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Foster independence through daily goals like shopping, cooking, and community outings.
• Provide vital support with hygiene, medication assistance, and mobility.
• Advocate by documenting progress on PCSPs to meet client needs.
• Transport clients to appointments and local events.
