Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

Qualifications

• No IDD experience required; paid training provided.
• Must meet background checks and regulatory requirements.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support at home, in the community, and at work.
• Assist with meals, hygiene and household tasks to build independence.
• Support community participation, employment and social activities.
• Use adaptive tools to aid learning and communication.
• Document activities and maintain schedules; participate in training.
