As a Direct Support Professional, you will be at the heart of that commitment. Working in the community in a home setting with either multiple residents or someone who lives independently, you will play a meaningful role in the daily lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supporting them in building skills, making choices, and fully participating in their communities.
