Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; direct care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate approach with patience and a desire to help others.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community outings.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays; CPR/First Aid preferred or obtainable after hire.
