This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and respectful care. You will document progress, collaborate with families and healthcare professionals, and help clients access social activities while maintaining a flexible schedule,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; direct care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or obtainable after hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care tasks, meal preparation, and household duties.
• Support clients in accessing community resources and participating in social activities.
• Implement individualized care plans, documenting progress and reporting any changes.
