Responsibilities

We are Hiring Team Members Who:

• Possess a High School Diploma or GED

The Current Minimum Starting Hourly Rate for this position is: $19.25 per hour

About Avenues to Independent Living:

We have been serving our community for 22+ years by delivering home and community- based services to increase independence, personal choices, and quality of life. We have over 450 clients and 300 employees which are continuously growing by the day. Together we provide services in Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties.

Avenues provides individualized supports to help adults with various disabilities and needs choose the services they desire to live in their own homes, access their communities, and explore and maintain meaningful employment. Supports are focused on building an individualized service and/or employment plan around a person’s strengths, abilities, and requirements.
