Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health – Massachusetts is seeking a Direct Support/Care Professional to work with youth at the Fitchburg program. The role includes supervising, teaching daily living skills, and providing therapeutic support in a structured setting.

The pay range for this position is $21.12- $24.58 per hour, depending on experience and education.
This position is located in Fitchburg, MA.
$1,000 Sign-on Bonus for full-time.
Additional $250 Bonus if MAP certified.
Full-time: Double Sunday, Monday - Wednesday 3pm - 11pm
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Devereux's Devon House program serves co-ed individuals aged 14 to 21 with ASD and IDD, most of whom are non-verbal. With 1:2 staff to students ratio, this program offers a high level of individualized care. The program goal is to teach, coach, and support our individuals to learn daily living skills, coping skills, and social skills while staying active and having fun.
