Shifts are evenings, overnights and weekends. The position offers competitive pay, with $17.00 per hour and enhanced pay option up to $19.00 per hour, along with benefits and opportunities for training and growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct and implement functional assessments.
• Ability to read and write.
• Ability to prepare necessary reports and recording of residents’ program progress.
• Ability to lift, transfer and position residents, utilizing prescribed techniques.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, instructs or assists residents in activities of daily living.
• Provides individualized care and documentation under professional direction.
• Plans and provides guidance in social, recreational, work and study activities.
• Promotes a positive self-image and residents’ development.
• Maintains a safe living environment and insures resident safety at all times.
• Transports and accompanies residents to activities in the community.
• Participates in staff meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions.
