Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with disabilities in a Sunday–Friday shift from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We offer full-time and part-time roles with direct deposit, weekly pay, and W-2 employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1:1 support to individuals with disabilities over the age of 21.
• Assist with daily activities including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence and empowerment.
• Implement individualized care plans and behavioral support strategies as directed by supervisors.
• Engage in meaningful activities and community integration opportunities to enhance quality of life.
