Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years old due to regulatory requirements.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist individuals to boost independence, including community and social activities.
• Help residents care for homes and possessions; perform housekeeping when needed; report unsafe conditions.
• General housekeeping, snow removal, vehicle upkeep, and meal preparation.
• Paperwork, reporting, attending meetings, and participating in training.
