Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct therapeutic interventions to promote skill learning and development.
• Maintain documentation, progress notes, behavioral data, and incident reports.
• Support plan implementation and goal planning processes.
• Assist individuals with daily activities and monitor health and safety.
• Respond to safety needs and participate in meetings and supervision.
• Collaborate with staff while maintaining a team mindset.
• Ensure confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
• Communicate progress, needs, and changes with staff and supervisor.
• Provide high quality customer service to individuals, families, and community.
