This full-time, on-site role offers an hourly rate of $21.00–$23.10, with a lower starting rate of $19.00 if criteria are not met, and requires a NYS driver's license.

Qualifications

• NYS Driver's License required for 18+ months with a clean driving history.
• New Hires not meeting criteria start at $19.00/hour.
• Ability to complete DDI's Transportation Orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support with personal care, meals, transportation, and community outings.
• Foster independence by helping individuals develop life skills.
• Promote social inclusion by supporting participation in community activities.
• Serve as a positive role model with empathy and patience.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of DSPs, supervisors, and families.
