Brightway Living and Learning is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in New York to help individuals with daily living activities, sustain independence, and participate in community activities. This full-time, hourly position pays $21.00–$23.10 per hour and requires a valid NYS driver's license and successful completion of Brightway Transportation Orientation.

New hires meeting criteria start at the posted rate; others may receive $19.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Direct Support Professionals provide daily living assistance to individuals with disabilities.
• Must have a valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with clean driving history.
• Brightway Transportation Orientation completion; new hires meeting criteria receive standard rate.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized support with daily living activities and personal care.
• Assist with meals, transportation, and community outings.
• Foster independence and help develop life skills and decision-making.
• Promote social inclusion and community participation.
• Collaborate with DSP team, supervisors, and families to support clients.
