Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide personalized support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as mental health and substance use challenges. The DSP helps individuals engage in their communities, express needs, and follow person-centered plans with compassion and respect.

Starting wage: $20 per hour + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus for Eligible Full-Time Employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to person-centered support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for individuals' rights and well-being.
• Promote health and safety through wellness initiatives.
• Encourage self-advocacy and independence.
• Accompany individuals to work, activities and events.
• Assist with daily living tasks and transportation as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided.
