Job summary

Choices in Community Living, Inc. provides professional direct care services for individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, and other developmental disabilities.

You will work in group homes delivering direct services, including housekeeping, meal planning, passing medications, outings, transport, bathing and toileting assistance, and other tasks. Applicants must pass a physical and background check and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and compassionate.
• Must be able to pass a physical and drug screen and background check.
• Valid Driver's License (Less than 6 points) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities in group homes.
• Assist with housekeeping, meal planning/cooking, and daily living tasks.
• Administer medications as directed and assist with bathing, toileting, and transfers.
• Assist with outings, transportation, and general activities.
• Support clients in accessing community opportunities while ensuring safety.
