Sevita is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Hackettstown, NJ to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community-based settings. You’ll provide compassionate, person-centered care and help participants live well.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, supporting daily goals (budgeting, exercise, nutrition), and enabling community participation. A high school diploma and at least 6 months in human services are preferred.

Formación

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals (budgeting, exercise, nutrition).
• Help participants engage in community activities and social opportunities.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisors.
