Aspire Living & Learning, Inc. in Bedford, NH seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a community setting. The DSP will assist with daily activities, transportation as needed, and participate in program planning to foster independence.

Pay: $18.00-$19 per hour, based on education and experience. Hours: M-F 9a-3p. Join a mission-driven team with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities in a professional setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills; Therap experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy, enthusiasm and dedication to helping others.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US driver’s license with auto insurance and 3+ years driving experience.

Mansioni

• Provide direct support with daily activities including household chores, meals, recreation, learning, and fitness.
• Represent the needs and interests of individuals and assist in program planning.
• Transport to community activities when needed and mileage may be reimbursed.
• Collaborate with a collaborative, mission-driven team.
