Job summary

The Center for Discovery is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our residential programs and work in person with children, teens, and adults who have disabilities. This role focuses on building meaningful connections, promoting independence, and creating a safe, home-like environment where individuals thrive.

Starting pay is $19.50/hour with overnight shifts at $20.50/hour. We offer comprehensive benefits, paid training, and flexible full-time or part-time options to support
