Job summary

I Am Boundless, Solon, OH, is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide direct programming and daily living assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities include dietary, laundry, toileting and housekeeping support in a compassionate, empowering setting. Required: 18+, English fluency, valid driver's license; benefits include health and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written forms.
• Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct programming and/or dietary/laundry/toileting/housekeeping support to individuals with I/DD.
• Support with daily living activities as part of care plan.
• Contribute to a respectful, empowering environment for the individuals served.
