Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional for ICF homes in Cleveland, Salisbury and Mocksville areas of North Carolina. The role supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as mental health and substance use challenges, following each person’s Centered Plan and ensuring safety and dignity.

The position offers shifts across first, second, and third, with a starting wage of $15.00 per hour and a sign-on bonus of $2,000 for 1st/2nd

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred in TN)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift and perform physical tasks per job requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist with health and safety procedures
• Assist with person-centered development and community life
• Support team members and supervisors
• Assist with medical requests and data collection
