Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CPR/First Aid training can be provided by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Assist with health and safety procedures.

• Provide support for community life and participation in activities.
• Contribute to the person-centered plan and outcomes.
• Document data collection and reporting as required.
