Qualifications

• Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Qualified NYS drivers' license.
• Ability to communicate and understand written and oral directives/information.

• Provides ongoing support to individuals to participate in daily activities and maintain high quality of life.
• Assists with self-care routines, health, safety, household chores, socialization and overall well-being.
