Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and good attendance.
• Ability to assist with personal care and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Promote healthy living and self-advocacy.
• Accompany individuals to activities and appointments.
• Teach independent living skills and provide transportation.
