Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct support and instruction to individuals with disabilities, helping them live more independently with dignity and respect. Join our mission-driven team with multiple shifts.

You’ll support daily living tasks, safety, and personal growth, and complete required documentation, with a $1,500 retention bonus and benefits eligible for many positions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport individuals.
• Dependable, compassionate, adaptable and team-oriented.
• Basic communication, computer, and documentation skills.
• Ability to pass background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support safety, dignity, independence, and personal growth.
• Assist with daily living, mobility, hygiene, housekeeping, and laundry.
