DABS, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals in California in two tracks: Personal Attendant (PA) and Skills Instructor (SI). You will support adults in home and community settings with supervision and ADL assistance, and help individuals develop independent living skills. Roles require empathy, reliability, and adherence to care plans. We offer weekly pay, health benefits, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and care plans.
• Background requirements: TB clearance, CPR/First Aid, CA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered supervision in home and community settings.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Support transportation to appointments and community activities.
• Complete daily logs and progress notes per DDS and agency standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings as needed.
