Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with families and stakeholders.
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered supervision in the individual's home and community.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed.
• Complete daily logs and progress notes as required.
