Options For All is seeking a Direct Support Professional to help adults with disabilities build independence and participate fully in their communities.

You will provide daily living support, encourage choices, and connect individuals with work, volunteering, and social opportunities while upholding dignity and respect.

This community-based role requires reliable transportation for regular site-to-site driving and a compassionate approach to empower each person to reach personal goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass a background check.
• Experience in caregiving or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily activities, personal goals, and life skills.
• Encourage independence, dignity, and community inclusion.
• Build positive relationships with individuals, families, caregivers, and community partners.
• Plan meaningful activities based on each person’s goals and interests.
• Help individuals connect with their communities through work, volunteer, and social opportunities.
• Follow health and safety practices and complete documentation.
