Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) or in caregiving roles.
• Certification in CPR/First Aid and Oregon Intervention System (OIS) (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check through the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Facilitate engagement in community-based activities and skill-building opportunities.
• Support individuals with vocational, social, and life skills development.
