Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with individuals with I/DD or in caregiving roles.
• Certification in CPR/First Aid and Oregon Intervention System (OIS) preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check through the ODHS.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Facilitate engagement in community-based activities.
• Promote individual choice and self-determination.
