Job summary

North Star Oregon, LLC. is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in various settings. You will promote independence, support daily living activities, and ensure meaningful community engagement.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with individuals with I/DD or caregiving roles preferred.
• Certification in CPR/First Aid and Oregon Intervention System (OIS) is beneficial.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Facilitate engagement in community-based activities.
