Role Description The Direct Support Professional is a full-time, on-site role based in Springfield, MO, providing direct care and support to individuals participating in the Stepping Stones program. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, implementing skill-building plans, and supporting individuals in community and social activities. The role involves monitoring progress, documenting services, and communicating observations to supervisors and team members. Direct Support Professionals help create a safe, inclusive environment, provide encouragement, and model appropriate social and life skills. The position requires collaboration with other staff, participation in ongoing training, and adherence to program policies and regulatory standards.
