Starting pay is $19.00 per hour. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, being at least 20 years old, and a valid New Jersey driver’s license; pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; diploma or transcripts may be requested.
• Must be at least 20 years old; valid NJ driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to interact professionally with individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision in a residential home.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Administer and document medications.
• Transport to appointments and community activities.
• Complete required documentation accurately and professionally.
