Merakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Elk Grove program (95624). DSPs support individuals with developmental disabilities in community and home settings, assisting with personal care, communication, and social skills, while implementing behavior plans to promote health and dignity.

Requirements include a High School Diploma/G.E.D., RBT/LPT/QBMP or plan to obtain RBT within 12 months, DSP 1 and DSP 2 certifications within 12 months, and at least 6 months of direct

Qualificações

• Must have a verifiable High School Diploma/G.E.D.
• Must have a RBT, LPT, or QBMP credential, or become an RBT within twelve months of initial employment.
• DSP 1 and DSP 2 Certification - Required within 12 months of hire.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification - Required within 12 months of hire, unless exempt.
• Must have at least 6 months of experience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
