Chimes seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Stevenson, MD, scheduling Sun, Mon and Wed from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The role supports individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges, helping them live with dignity and independence in a team-focused setting.

The DSP will provide hands-on care, assist with daily living activities, document progress, and administer medications per policy. Training is provided, with ongoing development and growth opportunities within a mission-driven

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in disability services preferred (not required—we train).
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with driving history requirements (see ad).

• Provide hands‑on support with kindness and respect.
• Assist with personal care including dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing.
• Follow individualized care plans and document progress.
