Since 1953, Wabash Center has been a leader in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities and special needs. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our Youth Services and Family Supports programs who are interested in non-traditional schedules. Whether you are balancing school, family responsibilities, another part-time position, or simply prefer a schedule outside traditional business hours, this role offers meaningful work during hours that may fit your availability.
Support children and young adults with disabilities in a structured after-school and community-based program. You will help participants build social connections, practice important life skills, and work toward individualized goals through engaging activities and positive interactions.
Provide individualized, one-on-one support to children or adults in their homes and communities. Services are based on each person’s individualized support plan and focus on independence, daily routines, community involvement, and personal growth.
