ViaQuest is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Bowling Green, OH. Full-time and part-time positions offer pay of $17.25–$18.25 per hour with comprehensive training provided, no prior experience required.

Position includes paid training, healthcare benefits for full-time staff, PTO, holiday pay, mileage reimbursement and flexible schedules. Join a team dedicated to enhancing independence for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Own reliable vehicle to transport individuals served.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record must meet ViaQuest’s Authorized Driver Criteria.
• Ability to push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs and to climb, balance, kneel and crouch.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities to foster increased independence, choice and empowerment while ensuring health and safety at all times.
• Supervise, teach and assist individuals in all aspects of life.
• Complete household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
• Provide personal care assistance.

At ViaQuest Residential Services our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Training for this position is provided in its entirety so no experience is required**.
