Job summary

Ameriwell Care in Stratford, NJ is seeking a dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to an adult with developmental disabilities in Stratford, NJ. This is a consistent 28-hour-per-week position.

The DSP will follow a service plan, assist with daily living activities, accompany the client to community outings, and document shifts. The schedule is Thursday to Saturday with specific hours.

Ameriwell Care is hiring a dependable, caring Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to an adult with developmental disabilities in Stratford, NJ.

This is a consistent 28-hour-per-week position supporting the same individual each week.

Schedule

• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• 28 hours per week

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one support and companionship

• Assist with daily living activities and routines

• Support community outings and activities

• Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and organized home environment

• Encourage independence while providing assistance when needed

• Follow the individual's service plan and established routines

• Complete required shift documentation

• Communicate professionally with the individual, family, and Ameriwell Care team

Experience supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.
