Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners in the Greater Philadelphia area seeks Part-Time Direct Support Professionals to support residents in our 8-bed programs in West Chester, Malvern, and Paoli.

This role provides assistance with personal care, daily living tasks, therapies, and transportation to appointments, with a focus on safety and compassionate care.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 21, and hold a valid driver’s license; training will be provided.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Diplomas from non-U.S. educational institutions must include professional documentation/evaluation that the non-U.S. educational program is equivalent to or exceeds U.S. educational requirements; documentation is required prior to becoming an employee

• Provide minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote clients' success in daily living tasks, recreational activities, and vocational pursuits.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene (grooming, bathing and feeding), therapies, and driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities, and other outings.
• Candidates must be comfortable working with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients.

For more than 40 years, we've developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

Hourly Rate: $18-$20 per hour, based on experience and education

Schedule Options: Any mix of Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday 7a-3p and/or 1p-9p
