Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking Part-Time Overnight Direct Support Professionals for our residential programs in Malvern, West Chester, and Paoli. The role supports clients with daily living tasks, personal care, and accompanying to appointments, requiring comfort with medically complex individuals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Diplomas from non-U.S. educational institutions must include evaluation that they meet U.S. requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote clients’ success in daily living tasks, recreational activities, and vocational pursuits.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving to appointments and activities.
• Candidates must be comfortable working with medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients.

For more than 40 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

Hourly Rate: $18-$20 per hour, based on experience and education

We are searching for Part-Time Overnight Direct Support Professionals to workin our residential programs located in Malvern, West Chester and/or Paoli.

• This position provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote our clients’ success in daily living tasks, recreational activities, and vocational pursuits


• Responsibilities include assisting clients with personal care and hygiene (grooming, bathing, feeding), therapies, and driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities, and other outings


• Candidates must be comfortable working with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients
