Job summary

ReMed, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner, is seeking Part-Time Direct Support Professionals for residential programs in West Chester, Malvern, and Paoli. The role supports adults with brain injury, with shifts including 7a-3p and 1p-9p, on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday mix.

Pay is $18–$20 per hour, with benefits and tuition assistance offered. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, age 21+, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote client success in daily living tasks, recreational activities, and vocational pursuits.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene (grooming, bathing and feeding), therapies, and driving and accompanying clients to appointments and activities.
• Work with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients.

We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

Hourly Rate: $18-$20 per hour, based on experience and education

Schedule Options:

Any mix of Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday 7a-3p and/or 1p-9p

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained
• Ability to lift 50lbs
