Job summary

ReMed , a Collage Rehabilitation Partner is seeking Full-Time Direct Support Professionals to work in 8-bed residential programs in West Chester, Malvern and/or Paoli. You will assist clients with daily living tasks, personal care, therapies, and accompany them to appointments and activities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, being at least 21, and a valid driver’s license. You must be able to lift 50lbs and work a mix of shifts including some weekends.

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote clients’ daily living, recreation, and vocational tasks.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and transportation to appointments and activities.
• Work with medically complex and behaviorally challenged clients.

Salary Range: $18.00 To $20.00 Hourly

For more than 40 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

Hourly Rate: $18-$20 per hour, based on experience and education

Schedule: Mix of 7a-3p and 1p-9p; one weekend shift of a Saturday or Sunday must be included
