Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking Part-Time 3rd Shift Direct Support Professionals for our Raleigh, NC residential programs. The role provides varying levels of assistance to help clients with daily living tasks, therapies, and recreational activities, including driving clients to appointments and activities.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, and hold a valid driver’s license with responsible driving behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Reading and speaking Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide minimum to maximum assistance to promote clients’ success in daily living tasks, recreational activities and vocational pursuits.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving and accompanying clients to appointments and activities.
• Be comfortable working with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients.

We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

Schedule: 3rd shift- 11PM-7AM
