Collage Rehabilitation Partners is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for part-time 3rd shift in Raleigh, NC. The role provides essential support to adults with brain injuries in residential programs, focusing on daily living tasks, therapies, and safe transportation.

You’ll assist with personal care, document progress, and collaborate with a compassionate team. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required, with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide minimum to maximum assistance and supervision to promote clients' daily living tasks and activities.
• Assist clients with personal care, therapies, and driving to appointments and outings.
• Work with medically complex and behaviorally challenged clients.
• Support clients in daily living tasks and recreational activities.

We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

Schedule: 3rd shift- 11PM-7AM

We are searching for Part-Time 3rd Shift Direct Support Professionals to workin our residential programs located in Raleigh, NC.

• This position provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote our clients' success in daily living tasks, recreational activities and vocational pursuits


• Responsibilities include assisting clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities and other outings


• Candidates must be comfortable working with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED is required


• Must be at least 18 years of age


• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained


• Ability to lift 50lbs


• Reading and speaking Spanish is a plus
