Job summary

Learning Services , a Collage Rehabilitation Partner in Raleigh, NC, is hiring Direct Support Professionals for full-time 2nd shift (3PM-11PM) to support adults with brain injury in our residential programs.

The role provides assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, therapies, and transportation to activities and appointments. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and be able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Reading and speaking Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with daily living tasks and activities.
• Assist with personal care, therapies, and transportation to appointments.
• Work with medically complex and behaviorally challenged clients.

We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

We are searching for Full-Time 2nd shiftDirect Support Professionals to workin our residential programs located in Raleigh, NC.

• This position provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote our clients’ success in daily living tasks, recreational activities and vocational pursuits
• Responsibilities include assisting clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities and other outings
• Candidates must be comfortable working with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Reading and speaking Spanish is a plus
