Collage Rehabilitation Partners is hiring Direct Support Professionals to work overnights in our Greensburg and Irwin, Pennsylvania residential programs. This role provides varying levels of assistance to help clients with daily living tasks, recreation, and vocational activities.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18, hold a valid driver's license, be able to lift 50 lbs, and provide documentation if education is non-US. We value safe driving and compassionate care.

We provide treatment for post‑concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports‑related head injuries.

We are searching for Direct Support Professionals to work overnights (Saturday‑Thursday) in our residential programs located in Greensburg and Irwin Pennsylvania.

• This position provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote our clients’ success in daily living tasks, recreational activities and vocational pursuits.
• Responsibilities include assisting clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities and other outings.
• Candidates must be comfortable working with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients.
