TheMary T. Family of Companies in Crystal, MN is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with disabilities with daily living activities, mobility, and transportation.

This role offers competitive hourly pay of $16.00-$16.50, full benefits for full-time, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement within a locally owned company with strong values.

The schedule includes full-time overnight shifts 10pm-8am with every other weekend, and a daily pay option.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or GED
• Possess a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and handle postural challenges like bending, kneeling, and twisting
• The ability to pass a criminal background and motor vehicle record check
• A willingness to work hard and a desire to help others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with disabilities with personal cares (bathing, toileting, grooming, hygiene)
• Provide mobility support and transfer assistance
• Support transportation and community outings/activities
• Administer medications
• Perform housekeeping/cleaning duties
• Prepare meals

Description

Direct Support Professionals serve individuals with disabilities by assisting with personal cares (bathing, toileting, grooming, hygiene, etc.), mobility support and transfer assistance, transportation and support for community outings and activities, medication administration, housekeeping/cleaning duties, and meal preparation.

• $16.00-$16.50 Per Hour
