Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) Pay Range: $12.50 - $14.00/hour | Weekly Pay Location: Lowell, AR

Available Shifts:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:00pm - 12:00am (midnight)
• Saturday & Sunday 8:00am - 8:00pm
• Saturday & Sunday 8:00pm - 8:00am

(Shift assignments may vary based based on individual needs and scheduling.)

About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and reliable DSPs to provide hands‑on support to an adult consumer in their home and community. This role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life through person‑centered care.

DSPs empower individuals to live in a home of their choice, access community resources, attend school or work, and participate in activities that are meaningful to them.

About the Individual you will Support:

This individual likes going to her therapy appointment, spending time with family and meeting new people. Her person‑centered plan is someone finding out more information about her life and find ways to improve it. She wants other people to know that she wants them to acknowledge her in decisions that concerns her care.
